Planejamento da Vistoria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Perito iniciar\u00e1 os trabalhos com o <strong>planejamento da vistoria<\/strong>, que compreende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o da metodologia de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o conforme normas aplic\u00e1veis, em especial as <strong>NBR 14432, NBR 15219 e NBR 13723<\/strong>, bem como os protocolos t\u00e9cnicos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos complementares, plantas, registros fotogr\u00e1ficos anteriores, relat\u00f3rios de bombeiros e boletins de ocorr\u00eancia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabelecimento da <strong>log\u00edstica de deslocamento e perman\u00eancia<\/strong>, considerando o local do sinistro, data e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Deslocamento e Log\u00edstica de Perman\u00eancia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O deslocamento do Perito at\u00e9 o local do im\u00f3vel sinistrado ser\u00e1 realizado em data e hor\u00e1rio previamente agendados, com registro formal da dilig\u00eancia.<br>Havendo necessidade de <strong>viagem interestadual ou pernoite<\/strong>, ser\u00e3o observados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custos de deslocamento terrestre<\/strong> (combust\u00edvel, ped\u00e1gio ou transporte p\u00fablico);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estadia<\/strong> em local adequado e seguro, compat\u00edvel com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da vistoria e eventuais dilig\u00eancias complementares;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Despesas com alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, proporcionais ao tempo de deslocamento e perman\u00eancia no local;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tais valores ser\u00e3o estimados de forma separada no quadro de custos da proposta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Vistoria T\u00e9cnica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a vistoria, o Perito realizar\u00e1 as seguintes atividades t\u00e9cnicas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1. Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do Local Sinistrado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acesso controlado \u00e0 \u00e1rea afetada, com observ\u00e2ncia de seguran\u00e7a pessoal e estrutural;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registro fotogr\u00e1fico detalhado<\/strong> de todos os compartimentos, estruturas e objetos atingidos pelo fogo, fuma\u00e7a ou calor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>danos estruturais aparentes<\/strong>, colapsos parciais e materiais remanescentes relevantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2. Delimita\u00e7\u00e3o das Zonas de Inc\u00eandio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zona de chamas<\/strong>: \u00e1rea de maior intensidade t\u00e9rmica, com padr\u00f5es caracter\u00edsticos (marcas em \u201cV\u201d, fus\u00f5es, deforma\u00e7\u00f5es, vitrifica\u00e7\u00f5es);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zona de calor<\/strong>: regi\u00e3o adjacente com a\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica indireta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zona de fuma\u00e7a e fuligem<\/strong>: \u00e1rea de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria, \u00fatil \u00e0 an\u00e1lise de fluxo de gases quentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.3. Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Agentes e Artefatos \u00cdgneos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Busca e documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>artefatos \u00edgneos<\/strong> (f\u00f3sforos, velas, aparelhos el\u00e9tricos, resist\u00eancias, fios derretidos, recipientes de combust\u00edvel, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos <strong>agentes combust\u00edveis<\/strong> (madeira, tecidos, pl\u00e1sticos, \u00f3leos, l\u00edquidos inflam\u00e1veis) e <strong>comburentes<\/strong> (oxig\u00eanio natural ou for\u00e7ado);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An\u00e1lise de eventuais <strong>pontos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e de trajet\u00f3rias de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do fogo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. An\u00e1lise T\u00e9cnica e Determina\u00e7\u00e3o de Focos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Perito realizar\u00e1 a an\u00e1lise t\u00e9cnica com base em evid\u00eancias colhidas em campo, buscando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estabelecer se o inc\u00eandio foi de <strong>monofoco<\/strong> (origem \u00fanica) ou <strong>multifoco<\/strong> (origens m\u00faltiplas ou simult\u00e2neas);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determinar as <strong>caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas da propaga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avaliar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais e estruturais que favoreceram a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das chamas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da Din\u00e2mica do Inc\u00eandio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com base nas observa\u00e7\u00f5es de campo, registros fotogr\u00e1ficos e eventuais depoimentos t\u00e9cnicos (como laudos do Corpo de Bombeiros), o Perito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reconstruir\u00e1 a din\u00e2mica do evento<\/strong>, descrevendo o prov\u00e1vel percurso do fogo e o comportamento dos materiais;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabelecer\u00e1 <strong>linhas de tempo estimadas<\/strong> (in\u00edcio, expans\u00e3o e extin\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparar\u00e1 as evid\u00eancias f\u00edsicas com as alega\u00e7\u00f5es dos participantes e observadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Determina\u00e7\u00e3o das Causas Reais ou Prov\u00e1veis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir da an\u00e1lise conjunta dos elementos coletados, o Perito apresentar\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As <strong>causas reais ou prov\u00e1veis<\/strong> do inc\u00eandio, com base t\u00e9cnica e cient\u00edfica;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>exclus\u00e3o de hip\u00f3teses n\u00e3o condizentes<\/strong> com as evid\u00eancias observadas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indica\u00e7\u00e3o expressa sobre a possibilidade de <strong>ato intencional, acidental ou fortuito<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Relat\u00f3rio T\u00e9cnico e Conclus\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao t\u00e9rmino das an\u00e1lises, o Perito elaborar\u00e1 o <strong>Laudo Pericial<\/strong>, contendo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o, pre\u00e2mbulo e metodologia aplicada;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o fotogr\u00e1fica e delimita\u00e7\u00e3o das zonas de inc\u00eandio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An\u00e1lise das causas prov\u00e1veis e reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da din\u00e2mica;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conclus\u00f5es objetivas, respondendo a todos os quesitos apresentados;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anexos fotogr\u00e1ficos e documentais para subsidiar o ju\u00edzo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
