Bom para isso existem primeiramente as per\u00edcias, onde o Perito Judicial vai realizar as devidas medi\u00e7\u00f5es e constatar o verdadeiro tamanho dos terrenos. Depois existem os documentos cartor\u00e1rio como matr\u00edculas, desmembramentos, certid\u00f5es, etc, bem como os projetos de loteamento, entre outros.
