Portanto, tanto os peritos como os advogados devem estar cientes dessa exig\u00eancia e utilizar o documento em suas peti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemplo de Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ilustrar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do MLE, vamos considerar um exemplo: um perito precisa solicitar o levantamento de 50% dos honor\u00e1rios no valor de R$ 6.000,00. Nesse caso, ele preencher\u00e1 o MLE informando o n\u00famero do processo, seu nome completo, CPF, conta banc\u00e1ria de destino, n\u00famero do banco, nome do banco, n\u00famero da ag\u00eancia, CPF do destinat\u00e1rio, valor solicitado (R$ 3.000,00) e porcentagem dos honor\u00e1rios (50%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale ressaltar que, se a conta banc\u00e1ria utilizada for do banco licitado pelo tribunal, como \u00e9 o caso do Banco do Brasil em Minas Gerais, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 taxas adicionais.
